I m using idea network since 1 year.i have encountered with several issue.coustmer care service is very poor.coustmer care can not sorted my problems.their executive even disconnected my call between talk. seriously very poor network.idea said that ‘idea can change your life’ really idea change my life from heaven to hell. They need much of improvement in their network quality.
