I am using IDEA postpaid service since last more than 6 years.


Since 09/07/2018 I am facing NETWORK problem at my office premises.


I called customer care(12345) on 09/07/2018 after I reached home and explain Dhaval about their NETWORK, he asked me to visit IDEA gallery and asked me to get check my sim card, but on 09/07/2018 their gallery was closed for the full day.


On 10/07/2018 I sent my assistant to the gallery, they checked sim but no issue with SIM, so he makes a complaint there and even informed them that we will not pay rent for NO NETWORK PERIOD.


On 21/07/2018 I again called customer care(12345), Avdhut was talking to me.  Once I told him that there is NO NETWORK for a full day(9.30 am to 8.00 pm) at my office premises.  Though he repeatedly asked me how many signals you are getting at your office, so irritated and disconnected call.  Immediately I sent a message to 1900 for port change.  Within a second I received a call from 7517500293, Ansar was online,  I clearly denied him that I don't want to continue with IDEA and explained him each and every discussion.  After that, he offered me that he will waive my monthly rental and solve my issue within 4 to 5 days. Further, he offered me that he will give me MISSED CALL ALERT service for free of charge.  And for this service, he gave me details that what kind of message I have to send.  But I did not send a message for MISSED CALL ALERT service.  I provide him with my alternate number because he told me that their technician will visit my office premises and will find out the exact problem.


On 26/07/2018 morning I received a call on my alternate number by NITESH 8422823819, he told me that he will come within one hour.  Again he called me at around 2.45 pm and informed me that he is on the way.  But he could not visit my office till 6.15 pm though I called him then he told me that he visited the site and lodged a complaint to the company.


On 02/08/2018 I received the bill through the mail, where I find out that they debited rent for full month i.e. July 2018.


On 04/08/2018 I proceed for port change and on 05/08/2018 I called Customer care(12345) and asked them for RENT WAIVER but she denied me that there is no provision of RENT WAIVER.  When I asked her to put my call to your senior, she told me he is busy and he will call me within 2 hours.  Also, she informed that issue will solve within 60 to 90 days.  It means I have to wait for another 60 to 90 days.


I did not receive a call from her senior person, so I called again customer care and asked for a rent waiver, she answered me the same reason and advice me to send mail.


So on 06/08/2018, I sent mail to customer care as well as appellate authority.  On the same day I  received mail from customer care, in that they asked me executive name and number who offered me RENT WAIVER which I already wrote in my mail.  Also received a call by KOMAL to whom I again gave name and number of that executive.


On 07/08/2018 I received mail, in that they mentioned:-


"As per the revert received from our team we wish to inform you that our respective executive informed you to activate Missed call alert service by dialing 777*56# and after activation our team informed you to contact Idea customer care for refund of Missed call alert service rental reversal and they have not committed you for the reversal of monthly rental towards your Idea number."


Further here I have to state that I have all call recordings with me in which ANSAR straightway offered me not to port and full month rent reversal and MISSED CALL ALERT service for free of charge.


I am trying a number of ANSAR, NITESH, KOMAL, POOJA but all numbers are not in service.


I port my number from IDEA to another operator on 04/08/2018 and I received a message from that operator that "PORTING REQUEST REJECTED BY YOUR CURRENT OPERATOR DUE TO THIS POST PAID SUBSCRIBER HAS OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS DUE".


I unable to do any online transaction i.e. movie tickets, air tickets, train tickets etc. because not receiving SMS, Not receiving credit / debit messages from my bankers, credit card dues, MTNL dues, BEST dues, though they want RENT from me.
