Idea is a well known operator mostly in the way of network coverage, they really have a good image!
Their internet plans and teriff, talktime plans are all availalbe at affordable price!
But in my area their network coverage is soo bad and for that when I call them they provide me with an transaction id 103939267p and told me that they will sort out my issue before 15 jan 3pm but its 16 jan today I still have same problem and they didn't even called me!
I m really very disappointed with their customer services!
