Writing this Review to remind fellow citizens of India.
I got message from Idea that 100 MB free data is activated for my number.
So, although I have regular connection with high speed both in home and office but, since I have internet. Just for few minutes I opened Internet from my mobile.
And within few minutes I see Whole Balance in my account got wiped out.
I got shocked. And immediately contacted iDea complaint number on 198
Where they have no information. Carelessly asked me to call after 1 hour.
Called after 1 hour. But, no resolution. Irresponsible customer care do not have proper information.
Since I am Information technology, well computer knowledge person. I know everything about updates on phone, data, KB, MB etc And I am sure I was victim of Fraud from Idea.
But, even after complaining issue not resolved. So, write to Idea Appellate department but, simply got only acknowledgment email. After more than a week again write to Appellate.AP@idea.adityabirla.com
But, till now NO response from that irresponsible fellows. This kind of fellows should not only terminated but, should be banned from any job.
Mobile companies cheating innocent Indians in the name of ringtone, data and many other charges. Most of the times they even call from their system and give option to press number. After that they deduct Rs.30 something like that from account. Most of the uneducated people or people who have no knowledge loosing huge balance. Combine this amount can be crores of rupees.
GOVERNMENT know that. And related government department TRAI( Telecom Regulator Authority of India) also know all these but, fraud fellows not doing anything.
Although my amount was small amount but, still I take lot of time to report to Idea bottom to Top. But, not resolved.
EVEN sent email to TRAI but, this is junk like junk. No response at all.
These all departments living with our own money but, doing nothing but, only corruption. Making a nation top in corruption.
Why Government just care for taxes and do nothing?
There is no doubt, this kind of issues of fraud can be stopped by government but, since they get huge and huge taxes from Telecom mobile operators, even from that fraud charge amount they get share
That is the reason poor is getting poorer and Rich is getting Richer in India.
I know it is completely waste of time writing this review but, we poor Indians are helpless. Our government can even such our blood once whole amount is gone with corruption.
If Telecom ministry see this complaint, no doubt, any honest officer in the department feel guilty of taking salaries. Because, honest person know they are NOT doing anything for goodness of Indians.
