Idea is a good network service Provider, I like their network and the there service because whenever I called there customer service department they have a very good way of treating the customer and take care of things Immediately be it with anything that is service related like activation of some service or deactivation of service plan change and data activation are done with immediate effect unlike other service provider they take 4 hours for activation of some request and 72 hours of some complaints.
I had bad experience with many other customer services of mobile network providers but not with idea they have very good speed of internet compared to Vodafone who claims to be fast internet provider.
I would recommend anybody to have a Idea if they want good customer service and good network as well as internet.
