I feel this review is:
Idea is one of the worst mobile operator. The network is very poor. It is not working properly in my home and my office. It service are very poor and customer care supports is very irresponsible. The call rates are very high than other companies. Internet service is very poor. This company is never grow in the market because their service is badly performance. Few months ago I will purchase the prepaid 4G Idea number. No voice quality and no good network. I will recharge the 399rs with 84 days data plan and unlimited calls but plan is over in 40 days. The company cheating on me. The company shows many ads India fastest network but the reality is network is very poor. Return policy is not friendly to customer. I am stand against this company.
