Idea mobile operater is india's 2nd badest network ever in india. I know very well as because I am using that bad sim card. The network coverage truely bad here there are many times the network are not coming in my phone or other phone, inside the room no network coverage was there, then I would to go out of the room then the little bit of network will come. The costumer service is little good but they didn't help costomer properly or in a right way, they always rounds the words they never helped as I want. The charges is little cheap but as it is cheap its works cheaply and its deduct my balance without any reason.
