I was used IDEA before three months, but recently switched to other because of its poor network. Even we are in city areas they have very poor network signal. I have faced more problems with it. They have very high calling rates as compare to other. Recently I am using other operator which has only 25 p/min and got 69k free sec to own, 6.9k free sec to same network. Idea have no offers like this. They have costly internet plans also. I am very disappointing with it. Before some years they are very popular in network but not now. My father was used it for 15 years but recently they switched to other. They have only good internet speed. They are giving 3G speed in 2G recharge which I like most. But if you think overall experience with it is not good. So will avoid to recommend to anyone this type of poor network operator. Try other instead of IDEA.
