Please beware of taking IDEA as your service provider once you are in, ALAS you cannot go out of it with same number i.e. MNP.
I hold a postpaid connection with Nil Signal IDEA and due to zero signal at my office premises I have to go for MNP with out changing the number on 9th February and was told that with in 1 week whole port out process will be done. Till today nothing is processed and they keep on postponing my MNP request for no reason.
When I call these IDEA CUSTOMER CARE guys, they don't have complete idea of the process. I called up nearly 15 times to customer care. Each executive response is completely different from another about my MNP. They asked me to pay the complete billed and unbilled amount then process will be done but when I paid the amount they did not do the process.
They are trying to retain me forcibly with IDEA....
If this is not solved in this week, I am definitely going to== lodge a complaint against IDEA MOBILE OPERATOR in Consumer court.==
At least then I can make my things done.
