One year back I had taken an idea prepaid connection. After reacharging I had faced a lot of problems .Whenever I recharge, without any activity, the balance is reducing.Some times the deduction will start from ten rupees and every three hours or more, three rupees will deduct from my account. When I contacted the idea customer care, the executive told to de-activate any value added service if I activated.
But I did not activated anything and the deduction is going on.Several times I called-up idea but even they can also not able to solve or find-out the problem. Finaly I had decided not recharge or if I recharge, I used to finish the amount very fast. Now I had stoped to suggest new connections fro idea.Now in my family everybody had changed from idea.
