I recently changed over from a old 2G plan to Idea's 4G Nirvana plan. I got the shock of my life when the data services took a plunge when using indoors, so much that I felt 2G was much better. I am now paying thrice the rental & getting less than a third of the speed.
How can Idea advertise so bluntly? All i'm getting is rehearsed replies & well-practiced calls from Customer Care saying that the site needs upgrading & there are no commitments by when it will all happen.
I'm porting out of Idea as early as possible. Can anyone share similar experiences & guide if we can sue Idea for mis-guiding & ask for refund of charges for services not rendered?
