ICICI bank gives our mobile number to telemarketing fellows from sister concerns like Lombard, Prudential etc. We get unsolicited multiple calls from 140 916 XXXX(XXXX varies from time to time). These people ask questions in a mischievous manner including our bank account number, date of birth etc.
When complained to customer service, the desk officer says "If you do not want such calls please request the caller not to speak again". I wrote to Kocher, CEO twice on this. However there was no response at all. On the contrary we get more calls after this complaint.
