One can order lot of US products from iBhejo and get them shipped to India on various payment options.
They offer decent collections. But my experience with them has been bad at least on two occasions and buyers need to be very careful in dealing with iBhejo
First product was bought from iBhejo amazon listing. The product info. was not properly given. Any electric/electronic product which is sold from US operates at 110 volts while in India we use 220 volts.
So if you end up buying such a product, it is either unusable in India or you have to shell out for buying extra converters etc. which is inconvenient also. iBhejo SKIPS this important info on many of its listed products and customers feel cheated!
Second, iBhejo has very serious coordination issues. Full product description is often missing. Many products should mention size etc. which they don't. Even so if you mention the size at the time of placing orders, iBhejo DOESN'T care and sends you whatever it wants to. I experienced one such situation.
Service is OK because they at least offer to replace etc. But everytime a new token is generated on a complaint and its follow up. CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY FOR SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK TO MUMBAI WHICH IS EXPENSIVE AND TIME CONSUMING.
iBhejo has no system of compensating customers for its own mistakes.
Therefore even though they have good products and sometimes good prices also MY ADVICE is to be extra careful while ordering. Order on COD basis and if the product is not what you ordered - DON'T accept and DON'T pay. Send the product back.
Most of the time you can get the same product from other vendors on ebay or amazon if you search properly. At least my experience with ebay hasn't been bad so far. They do fast and free replacements.
