I ball is one of the worst mobile phone company in the world.If you will bought iball phone you will in big trouble .I bought iball andi arc 2 mobile from one online shopping site . And I get totally disappointed with the performance of iball.
Iball claims its 5mp camera but in reality ii is even worst then 2mp camera.It claims that it has 512 mb of ram but in reality you will get 200mb free.This phone hangs in almost every moment, phone gets very much heated while charging it is just like hot pan.
When I contacted iball service , they told me that they will take more than 15days .
I suggest you not to buy any mobile from iball.
