The MD and Top Management team are the biggest liability for ITC Infotech. They have zero background in IT services and hence no vision or strategy. Just surviving using political relations with ITC Management and no focus on IT business. ITC should either shut down this IT company or fire the existing Management team and get a proper professional team from IT industry, otherwise this will another case like ITC Classic Finance, which was shut down with huge corruption in the Management team. This is sad as some of the Project management team are actually good, but they are at the whims of the leadership team who have no idea of running the IT business.
