I was reserved e-ticket for 3 persons from Bharuch Jn to Howrah Jn on 12833 Howrah Express for DOJ 09.11.2015 today(11.07.2015) at 12.01 pm.
The portion of Rs.5987.00 was made through my Axis Bank account No.38581437 Txn No.152786591. In any case, shockingly I didn't get the SMS on my enlisted convenient as to the booking of my ticket and diverse particulars like PNR No., date of voyage, No of persons and the reservation status et cetera.
Thusly, I expected to book another e-ticket at 12.24 pm today. Right when after receipt of portion of Rs.5987.00 through my Axis Bank the ticket was held and I got the crucial message on my flexible.
I don't known the reason of not booking my ticket at 12.01 pm when portion was made through my bank to IRCTC. The said measure of Rs.5987.00 was in like manner not reduced to my budgetary parity.
I request rebate of my said measure of Rs.5987.00 with no determination to my record forthwith.
