I am a customer since past more than one year. But since past 6 months the service became extremely poor that you can never imagine.
Field service team is a dead team. Customer care will assign TT and close it next day without actually attending to the problem.
They provide some phone number of technician that does not exist.
If someone happens to pick your call at customer care then you are lucky but rest assured that your problem will never be attended to unless you call 15 times a day and scold. This will be my last month and recommend and request everyone not to avail the service of this ISP.
