Very Poor! Think before taking this connection. The connection breaks many times a week and there is no one you can escalate this to. Customer care numbers aren't IVR, it rings and I can bet you that 80% times no one picks up. If you get the chance to talk to the CC person, they will assure you on resolving the issue but no one comes. And if you say u don't want connection, they don't give any worry about this. Its better you go with a Datacard/Dongle. I had to take this connection because no other service provider is available in my area. I have bought a Datacard and I use it almost everyday because Great G broadband connection will not be working 20% of the time almost everyday.
I cant get it cancelled because by mistake I took 6 months connection where I was getting one month free. I should have read the review in detail before taking a connection with these guyzs. I am in Bangalore for last 16 years and have tried all possible existing broadband providers and experiencing the worst provider this time.
