Few month ego on 15 march 2016 I with my family planned a weekend & decided to watch a movie but I experienced something that is not expected from Inox Cinemas.
Our show was at 3: 05pm after entering the hall we felt that AC is not working after about half an hour I contact the manager, he assured that it will take 10 mins to service back in power, till intermission the crowd was sweating due to suffocation inside the hall but the management was least bother about that then I called regional head but he started giving me lame excuses and afterwards started avoiding my phone calls. The conditions were really pathetic.
This is the worst experience I had with such a reputed cinemas. I just hope that Inox will look into the matter so that services & staff negligence shall be avoided in future.
