We went to watch the 'skyfall' movie show at 6:50 PM in Chennai (Arcot Road) on 11/11/2012. We were a family of 11 people and have been a regular customer to your movie theater.
We had a very bad and disgusting experience in your food court, which we want to bring it to your attention. After the movie ended at around 9:30 PM, my son wanted to go to the bathroom in food court as he couldn't hold it any longer. My brother was trying to take him to the rest room, but found it was locked even though it was supposed to the open at that time. We asked the maids to open it but they said that we need to take the permission from the manager, which we still couldn't understand why??
The maids and the security was so unfriendly and was basically trying to pass on the problem to someone. After making so many rounds when he approached the manager, first he denied that he was the manager then later whenwe found that he is the manager and so tried to get his help. It was shocking that he was so rude and unfriendly, he was adamant and said the the restroom can't be opened, one of the maid even asked the manager to give the keys to the rest room and he didn't cooperate. He also said that if we did't like the service he commanded us to leave and he even challenged us to complain to whomever we want.
We left the place with a very bitter taste of the whole experience, this spoiled our evening. I tried to take the photograph of the manager, but couldn't but was able to take the photograph of his friend who is also an employee of fame india and who was manning the desk in the food. Attached is his picture. Probably you can get the details of the episode and also the manager from the person who is in the photograph.
We request your prompt action on this issue, being a loyal customer this has left a bad taste on us and also the many people who were in the food court and who saw the incident and didn't like the treatment we got. If this is not dealt with strongly then fame india would loose many good customers like us?
