Good: The National Anthem in the beginning...absolutely awesome...Hope the others please please imitate this.
Bad: Movie tickets booked online on 27th October for 29th Show of Fashion. We travelled half way across Bangalore on 29th to watch the movie to be told that the show was cancelled. No information provided to us. Told that money will be reimbursed back into our account. Ended up coming back after purchasing tickets for 31st 9:00 P.M. show.
Worse: 31st at 8:50 P.M., told that show is recheduled for 9:55 P.M. Suddenly we have to reshedule our dinner program which was supposed to be later in the night....and we have nothing to do for the next one hour. Again no prior information. Supposedly, the hall does not have any of our info including phone nos. The central office has all that. And they keep it in cold storage I think because they never bother to use it to provide us the service which we deserve. We get to know also...that the 9:00PM show was just cancelled since they could accommodate the people in one hall easily. Cost cutting at the expense of customers!!! NICE
Ugly: No money for the show cancelled recieved till date (almost two months down). On frequent queries, no one has any clue. Will I ever get my money back for the show that never happened?
