Inox is one of the best Multiplexes in Bangalore, probably at par or slightly behind PVR Bangalore.
The best thing about Inox is that it’s centrally located. My wife and I go for at least one movie a week and nine times out of ten it’s at Inox.
Things they probably need to work on are their SMS booking service and Online ticketing.
Until about a year ago their online service was pathetic with site downtimes or errors popping up every now and then. These days it’s a lot more stable but it could really use a lot of work. Many of the movies displayed on the website are long gone.
Their SMS booking service is pathetic! Frequent errors and complexity is really a pain in the wrong place!!
Their snack bar is above average but should seriously start considering serving Non-Veg food for us Carnivores!!!
The bathrooms are really spacious, neatly maintained and clean, which is something I really like about the place.
The halls are well maintained with good seats and great Video and audio clarity.
Something that would really work in their favor would be to come up with more promotions like the other multiplexes. Right now you are left with no choice but to buy tickets at MRP. Other Theatres offer either some kind of Loyalty program that gives you discounts or free tickets or some tie up with some bank or Credit card Company that offers discounts or free tickets on purchases. Inox probably doesn’t need to go that route to win customers because of its popularity and location but it would sure help for loyal customers J
