This bank has poor customer service. The staff is very disrespectful; I'm surprise its still in business. I fell for the advertisement and open an account with ING; the staff was very courteous initially. Once I setup the account and start inquiring about the services the bank offered.
I kept getting pass around to different account agent who were clueless about simple banking question - long story short, I never receive answers to any of my inquiries. Strong advice, choose a real bank.
