Hey..how come I'm the first one? WHERE ARE U IILMITES??
sighs...anyway...here I go.
I have been a dedicated IILM person. I did my undergrad, my BBA, and now doing my Msc in Marketing from IILM. And I think if there wasn't this institute, I wouldn't have been comfortable in Delhi. I have nothing against my city, it rocks (well, except for the weather, but that's besides). But u know how it is here...Delhi University crowd...sorry people...but most of u daddy's princesses will agree that it's different and a little difficult to stay at DU.
I mean come on, the guys there, all they do is letch at u like there's no tomorrow. OK wait, I am not here to discuss Delhi Uni, but I was talking about IILM.
The only problem with IILM is its students, I mean theyre the ones who spread around saying that ''IILM sahi hai, koi khaas parhaai nahin hoti''. I seriously feel that's so untrue. Again I am asking u, who attends at DU? How many times have u guys even entered your classroom, if at all u know where exactly that is.
The faculy at IILM is excellent, they're helpful and sophisticated. U can spend time at their private cabins and discuss everything under the sun, they're with u. I know it sounds a little odd boasting about your own Institute, but hey, Yeh sabb sach hai yaar!
IILM provides u with not only air conditioned classrooms (out of delhi people, mind u, delhi goes till 50 degrees!!!), it even has a grrrreat infrastructure. The cafeteria is nice and quiet, the library has tidy books with tidy librerians, the computer lab has flat screen monitors and they have personal plug ins for laptops. They even give u laptops on hire. The Institute provides u with a private email address, where u get all the latest happenings, about anything related to your course or the institute.
I mean seriously, u have enthusiasts there waiting to educate u and put u through the best of this world.
With IILM, I feel I have learned enough to be someone who feels confident as well as intelligent. The way I have been taught by my professors (not that I had full attendance record ever) was a great experience.
U guys should view the website, it's a pleasant and an airy atmosphere at IILM. Still now, if u hear an ex-IILMite talking about how silly the college was, dont trust them, they just got through and out easily and comfortably, thats all.
As Craid David says, u dont miss your water till the well runs dry!
