Indira gandhi national open uiversity brings you all types of education programme.Friends as you know if every student reads same book for same exam but raking found different, some one got higher & some stands below, so that universities bounded the student on the rank and marks means cut of merits.suppose you want to take physics, chemistry & maths in BSC but college list not allowed to take subject due to follow thier rules & regulation.Dear IGNOU is the place where you can take subject you desire to read, no boundation here.In india there have many branches in every district of ignou.Some student expectation not fulfill by IGNOU according to student.Friends the fact is different late session and bad administration only occurred by local branches not by IGNOU.

I am student of Bts studying in the 1st yr and I have not received my hall ticket neither is it available on the net. I have checked with the study centre but my name is not featuring on the list. I had send the exam form along with the fees more than a month back through registered post.
