With lot of agony and pain I am writing this as I am unable to get reply from IGNOU despite my several representations by speed posts to IGNOU. I am airing my agony wishing that my results whcih were not decalred for NO FAULT OF MINE.
I , J S S Lakshminarayana with enrolment number 070439091 registered for MPB(B&F)for June 2008 semester for subjects MS11, MS91, MS423 and MS43**.
However, the subject MS43 was wrongly offered by RC Bangalore inadvertently to MPB stream, which was informed vide letter dated 20.03.2009 and requested to select alternate subject in lieu of MS43. Accordingly I have selected MS425 before 31st march 2008 and submitted assignment and evaluated with B grade.
But , I was not allowed to write examination in June 2008 by the centre as in hall ticket the change of MS43 to MS425 was not notified. I have applied for written examination for MS 425 in June 2009 by applying online and received hall ticket for the same.
However, the results were not declared with remark that I have not registered for the subject in June 2009. I have taken up examination in June 2009 after confirmation from RC Bangalore that my registration for June 2008 is valid.
I have taken up the same with you vide my letter dated 25.07.2009 requesting you to valuate and declare the results for June 2009 for MS 425.
Despite the same the results were not declared with remark that ‘course not opted’
As directed by IGNOU I have document provided by RC Bangalore, confirming validity of my registration for MS-425 in January-June –2008 session, duly recommended by ARD on 11th November 2009.
Despite above, my result was not declared and I have sent four letter under SPEED post for which there was no responce and umpteen call from Bangalore made to IGNOU, who directs me to piller to post.
With IGNOU web-site showing various grevience redressal mechanism which never bothers to see plight of genuine grievence.
With IGNOU established under the name of great visionary Mrs Indira Gandhi, I feeel that student should get responce rather than agony.
With the plight as above with prestigious institution like IGNOU, you can think of the plight with other institutions like this.
