Recently, I had to approach IFFCO-TOKIO for claim settlement for car accident, but they agreed to pay the claim partially. The behaviour of their staff particular surveyour was very unprofessional and stubborn. The surveyour from the company was not technically sound. I have to get 100% claim for one part of the car, but first they refused initially, later on insist for 50% claim when I put pressure.
When I approched the higher official through my agent, he accepted my point but could not covince his surveyor, which shows a uncordinated business practise. Because of their attitude and illogical negotiation, my car was in workshop for two weeks, that is a kind of harassment.
This insurance agency are in the market only to fool the customer and make money. They are very good while sellling their product but forgot their responsibility when they is suppose to provide the service. I suggest all my dear friend, if you are planning to go for car insurance, please dont opt for IFFCO-TOKIO. Still I think Government institution are better then these private agency.
