This is my experience with this product of IFB. I have purchased IFB Senorita DX 3 year back in Lucknow of around 23 K. I spent so much of money just because of the BRAND Name of the company. But it was my mistake !!!!! The moment I purchased this machine, I purchased a HEAD ACHE in real.. !!! It didn't perform well and causing continuous issue. Sometime, its pipe was leaking, sometime it not taking the water IN, sometime 2-3 indicators are blinking all together.... bala bala bala.....
The most irritating thing was, IFB people are deaf !!!! They don't even wish to listen to the customer... There is no official contact detail over the web portal of IFB.. the only way, customer has, is to write up his complaint over the "Contact us" section of the web portal.... and after writing up the longgggggg detail of your problem, you will not even a single reply from IFB... I got frustrated with the follow up with IFB and at last I lost my hope and called the local mechanic and got it fixed... Now my machine is working .. but its performance is very very poor. !!
So dear, DON'T BUY ANY IFB PRODUCT IF YOU WISH NOT TO HAVE PAIN IN YOUR LIFE !!! else you will be compelled to run after dealer and company.. !!!!
