IFB complaint Ticket No. 1104988796 First time
Service Engineer might be he is gaining 1st experience with my washing machine only, he had no idea just saw the error display is "door" so he changed the door switch and put the descale powder and charged Rs. 2900 went.
Still the problem persists "door" and washing machine stops.
I again complained the IFB folks(very clever they will give new complaint no. only and will not use the previous one) so that

Again same genius visited and told Mother board problem and it is Rs. 7000.
Tell me how come Mother board is charged like that. Max other brands is 3-3.5K
Genius gives warranty of 6 months for it.
I am totally disappointed with this and better to change the washing machine itself and get the warranty. As I know servicing and spare parts of LG is properly priced. Not like this.
So guys don't go for looks, always keep in mind about servicing and spare parts when it comes to Washing machine. IFB is pathetic.
