If you have plans to move/transport your stuff then DO NOT consider IFB washing machine. This machine is not designed for transportation.
IFB claims to have suspended washing drums for better washing. But if these drums become big headache when you plan to move your machine. IFB provides 'Transportation Bolts' but the are use less. These screws are no way designed to handle the load of suspended drums. To compare, you are trying to fix a 20 kg suspended weight with an hair pin.
Result of this bad design....these bolts will break even if you try to move the maching couple of floors. Imagine what havoc suspended drums will cause if you have to transport log distances. It will scre up the entire inside wring.
I am in this situation. Shifted my machine from Hyd to Gurgaon...now in a big soup!! its just a month old machine.
Surprisingly, the bolts were broken when I got the machine for first time. But demo engineer said this is how its suppose to be and gave a new a set.
