I bought this machine from Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu in October 2007.
I did my review search on mouthshut itself before I bouhgt it, though service reviews were bad but because of product name and experience, I decided to go for it. And it was a good decision. Though not all was hunky dory in the beginning.
When I bought the machine, the door would not close properly, it had to be opened and closed several times then only it would be right and machine would start working. I complained and the service person was at my door right on time. He changed the part inside the door. It worked for few days and again it started giving problems. I complained and again they were prompt in responding and again replaced the same part at the door. After that there has been no problem and working very well.
The quality of wash is just incredible, provided you use the pre-wash cycle for more dirty clothes. Truly, life has become so much more easy after getting this machine for career women like me. So any woman who has to work and do house chores needs this very badly and deserves too. It a very good machine and worth every penny you pay!
Its May 2010 and just thought to add that the machine is working really well and no major problems. Once in between water stopped flowing into the machine. I called the service people who are quite good in Mangalore and they cleaned the filter an it was ok.
