I have been an IFB user for over 12 years. While I love the products, their service is getting abysmal by the day. I've been trying to get in touch through their official listed numbers for over a week now! It just gets disconnected half way! When we contact local service centres we are routed once again to the IFB OEM which is just not responding.
Finally, one kind local service person connected me to the OEM only to have a totally disturbed conversation where the service person told me their system was down and hence I had to call back later. She didn't even offer to call back. Am still waiting with a broken down washing machine because I can't reach them. Please don't go in for IFB.
Their service is very poor.
