Whether a product is good or bad, if the service is good, we are always satisfied. My dishwasher is 3 years old and I had problem with the board after 3 years. I thought it is true with any product that some problem will come after 3 years and asked them to change it. The technician told me he can change it free of cost I enter in to AMC. I am sure the technicians are given some percentage if they get the customer to enter in to AMC. The company does not understand that they are losing their money on the spare parts by doing such thing.
I did not want to encourage such bribery, so I said, I will not enter and I will pay and get it changed. He came and changed it. I have a maid who is regular and I use the dishwasher only when I use my crcokery. Almost after a month, I ran it and it was fine. Again after a month and a half, when I tried to run it when my maid was absent, it did not run. I called them. The technician came and told me board is gone. This was filed on March 2010. Now it is april and still my problem is not resolved. and the same story of, "If you enter in to AMC, we will do it free of cost " continues. Will update you as soon as I hear more from them.
I will recommend this product to anybody if you have energy to fight up with service every single day if you get any problem! Oh Yes, they put a nice Advertisement saying, the person can be at work happily with all the IFB products at home, don't know HOW. May be you can use office phone to keep calling them.
