I had purchased the IFB Dishwasher(Neptune DX) in the month of June(Noida). Within a short span, the pump has stopped working. I have been given complaint number around four days back with a promise that the same will be attended to on the same day itself but the same is still pending on one pretext or another. In terms of performance it is a poor product and always stains are left.
, salt has never been made available. For consumables they make you wait for the ages. Overall, because of pathetic service I do not recommend this product to be purchased. The commitments that were made at the time of purchase of IFB products were so very tall that I decided to purchase IFB Microwave, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
I sincerely hope that by reading this review no one should fall prey to the promises made by dealers on behalf of IFB.
