I have had ifb dishwasher neptune for 3 years now and I am happy to say that I am free from maid's tantrums and I have sparkling dishes in exchange.
The service part can be tricky but problems rarely occur. the only initial hiccup is to learn the trick of loading the dishes but once you get the knack, it's a breeze. regarding the detergent, salt and rinse-aid, it is easily available in stores selling foreign goods.
Go for dishmatic salt and rinse-aid and use cascade detergent available in delhi at kishan sons at yashwant place or modern bazaar at vasant vihar.
