Hi
I have been using IFB Elena steam washing machine for 3 years and it's wash quality is good. Also the IFB personnel promptly attend to ur problems.
Pros
Good service. Got service within 24 hrs of complaint.
Good build quality. Shifted lot of houses with ease a.d without any damage.
Good wash output. Removes most of the stains. Use with comfort.
Cons
Costly spares. Esp cleaning powder and stand and cover
Little higher water consumption. Have to select the program carefully.
