Its 6 days since I have purchased Elena Dx worth 20K and have to follow up for installation and demo. BIG MISTAKE purchasing IFB... guess now I know why Bosch dumped IFB. Had to chase engineer over 3 days and commitments not met inspite of assurances. Better still that the first call fm the company wanted to send someone for demo - told me installation is my job.


Then in the evening got a call by anothe gentleman saying they will do installation. by that time, got everything done.
