I bought an IFB 8kg direct drive washing machine on 30 march 2012 which was installed 20 days later. Initially it had some wobbling sound which after repeated reminders were attended to . Due to some internal wiring the board has got burnt and it is 20 days now and the customer service haven't been able to send a technician who knows the job.
The person was asking for the operating manual. I have sent n number of emails and several calls have been made but they have been very rude and have not even replied to the mails.Their explanation is that it is due to mishandling, where as the first technician who came clearly has given in writing that it was due to an internal wiring problem. Beware as they are interested in only selling descaling powder, cover and some less known stabilizer.
