I have Ifb washing machine, tub broken contacted on customer care after two and half months they came and fixed(I repeatedly contacted cc), they told me to run after two days, when I did it there was horrible sound and machine moving forward and again I am contacting customer care for past 25 days no response at all, when I tried to contact our service manager he never lifts the mobile, at last he said to contact dealer I was confused by his answer and the service person only mobile was switched off from last month, I am totally disappointed and thinking of complaining in consumer forum, I personally feel device is harassing and thinking to buy another company washing machine
