When I bought the machine, I found that its not useful for "Quick Wash" option. It leaves the clothes wet and do not spin dry properly. You could squeeze out lot of water after taking the clothes out. The service center was not able to give solution.
I spoke to higher authorities and got the solution implemented. If you have similler problem, you can ask your service center to replace the original drain hose to new "Extra wide drain hose" that they have came up with. This pipe is fitted inside the machine between the drum and the drain filter. Do not get confused with the drain pipe that is outside the machine for draining water.
The earlier drain hose was smaller in diameter and could not drain the water completely in time, thus leaving the clothes wet. This new hose pipe worked and my problem got solved!!!! Initially I thought that I made a mistake by paying high price just for a brand value while purchasing IFB. But Thanks to their R&D team that they could solve the problem.
I get Excellant service at mysore. They are prompt. They always arrange spares in time.
