I have an IFB washing machine and always the service is a nightmare. On February 22nd I registered a complaint and so far I didn't receive any calls from IFB. I do the follow ups to customer care, they would give me some random numbers to call and check for the technicians.
When we call up in that number, they would tell you that they are going to send the technicians the same day but no one would turn up. Again I do the follow up with IFB customer care they would tell that the issue is getting escalated and they would assure the technician is going to come next day.
So far nothing happened. Net result and my take on IFB: Good products but worst services I have ever seen. I would not buy any IFB products going forward and also would advice others who approach me for an opinion, NOT TO BUY IFB products.
