The above washing machine top load 6.5 kg has been purchased by me on 06.07.2017. Since water inlet was not working, I booked a complaint. The technician who came said that it has to be scaled and rat problem etc etc. and for scaling he charged Rs.900/-. Every time, when your technicians come, they force one product or another regretting my decision of having bought IFB.
Earlier also I had a lousy experience with having bought IFB Elena frequently going out of order and your people forced me to buy filter for around 2, 000 when the life of your machine is only 3 to 4 years.
Again I regret my decision. I do not know whether it is ethically correct after selling washing machine and forcing the buyers to buy powder, filter etc, for astronomical price from a reputed product like yours.
Please look into the matter lest your brand may not have buyers.
