I have purchased a IFB microwave oven 25 liter and it was a very bad experiance for me. Because no one came for installation and waiting for 10 days my husband install it himself. But after 5 days of using it , we saw a problem with that product. The problem is that machine is not stop after set time to finish. For example I set time for 5 mins and after completion of 5 mins the machine is not stopped I have to stop by myself. Expect that problem, the machine is working good. But the customer care service is very bad.
We called customer care for installation after purchase they said that coming within a day but they did not come and it happens 4 times and also when we called them for the problem of the product but they also did the same. So my advice is please do not purchase IFB products.
