IDFC Bank has been a source of immense frustration for me. Their customer service is abysmal, with unresponsive and indifferent staff. I have encountered numerous technical glitches on their online banking platform, which have caused significant inconvenience. Their fees are exorbiant, and they seem to find every opportunity to nickel and dime their customers. the overall banking experience has been disappointing, and I would strongly advise anyone to consider alternative banking option that prioritize customer satisfaction and reliability. I regret ever opening an account with IDFC Bank.
