My cousin has been fighting with the bank to change the mobile number for the last 15 days. At last, they updated the mobile number with nine digits. The employee who has entered it is 9 numbers and the mail is received as if it updated. But no message to the mobile. Mistakes happen and it is natural. But when the matter has been taken up with the Head of the several branches, even then the employee who did it, has not repented and till today it has not been updated. I do not know whether the latest banks have been recruiting third-grade and useless fellows as their employees and their software also should not have updated when the nine numbers are entered. Any how that software is also written by third-grade employees in the software companies. May be the management is having blind eyes.
