Today i was having 250 rs balance in Fasttag but still it was showing low balance and i have to wait for 30 minutes on toll. Inspite of that still i was getting low balance message in toll. Then one of the representative came and said that sir we will replace your fasttag after he replaced fastag i was ablw to cross toll but amount in fast tag went negative 20 rs however toll cost was 145 so i should left with balance of 75rs. Please dont buy idfcfirst fasttag.
