I have a saving account in Andheri branch MUMBAI. On 3 march 2012 I had a booked an FD rs 50, 000. Money was debited and they are not issuing. FD receipt not any acknowledgement given to me and my home branch is not giving details related to my FD. Whenever I call they say my FD is in process {CPU PROBLEM} and customer care is not giving proper response.
After complaining to branch manager they printed my FD receipt within 15 minutes.
