Few years back I got my savings account in IDBI Bank as I was using the banking services as an individual for the very first time I was very exited. but when I wanted to have a dmat account for my account the staff there was very slow and bank didnot provide any app on ios.
I was struggling with some basic problem with dmat account but people there wer helpless.
when I compared this bank to a private bank where I got my new accout there is lots of difference .
hope so in future IDBI provides good service as private bank
