IDBI is one of the private bank, its quite good bank, account opening process is good. the phone banking of bank is not upto the mark, improvement is needed in phone banking. ATM Machine are very less, not seen in suburban areas mostly. they should provide ATM in every Important places, Internet banking is good, safe and trusted I think the bank provide internet kit by which we can done various Transaction through internet. the bank is not provide good customer process, the phone is busy, they not provide solution in some situation. so I think improvement is needed.
