This review is only in regards to Savings account. I opened Salary account in IDBI and I had extremely pleasant experience with IDBI F.C. Road Pune branch.
Branch members are responding well. They are not charging for any DD, Cheque, SMS services.
They respond well on phone and also resolve issues over phone from customer care.
Never deducted any illegal charges as Axis bank is doing. Never deduct any charges for ATM card or cheque book.
Their internet banking service is also awesome. GUI is simple, can place cheque book request online, can see mini statement well.Their debit card is also nicely responding. They also dont charge anything for new debit card or second debit card, internet charges etc.
I never had face any trouble with IDBI bank savings account.
